Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: West Oxfordshire
Job type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Reed Accountancy are delighted to be exclusively working with a West Oxfordshire based business to help source an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. Due to the business rapidly growing, that are looking for a proactive individual to support in handling invoices, corresponding with suppliers, and assisting in payment preparations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with payment runs and maintain accurate records
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction via writing, telephone, and electronic communications.
* Proficient ICT skills including accurate word processing, database maintenance, and spreadsheet usage.
* Ability to work independently, establish priorities, plan work, and meet deadlines.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Flexible approach to duties.
* Good general education.

This role is fully in office, 5 days a week, and is in a somewhat remote location so requires you to be able to drive and have access to a car.
