C & D South West is a pallet distribution company based within the South West of England and we are looking for a Operations Support Administrator to join the team.
The applicant must be able to complete tasks accurately, working closely with our clients, internal customers and Pallet Network Depots. You will be liaising with Drivers and operational staff.
The role will also involve notifying and acting on exceptions with our customers and keeping them informed of any discrepancies that may arrive. Attention to detail is a key attribute ensuring that customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of tasks as well as making sure support is given where required across the operation on a daily basis.

Experience required: 1-2 years experience working in administrative duties and must be proficient in Microsoft office & email systems. If not already you will be expected to train on the forklift.
Hours of work:
The hours are 45 per week, And the 3 rota'd shifts that you will be expected to do are: Monday- Friday between 07:00-16:30,09:00-18:30 & 11:00-20:30 although there is a degree of flexibility around this working to customer and business needs.
