Responsibilities
* Interact with candidates over the phone.
* Identify and engage high‑quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques.
* Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
* Work alongside high‑performing experienced consultants who will mentor you and help you grow your skillset.
* Track your success through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, and continuously improve your performance.
* Provide leads and market rates to the delivery team.
* Utilise and update in‑house CRM system in line with company process.
