Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Capital Projects Officer to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and motivated individual to join the Town Centres Development Team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Programme Delivery Manager, you will work on project managing and delivering projects and initiatives to achieve the Council's priorities for sustaining and enhancing the Borough's town centres.
Qualifications
Candidate should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience to lead on the development and delivery of assigned capital projects and workstreams, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring effective programme and project management systems.
Applicants should also be able to demonstrate a flexible and organised approach to their work and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
