Awesome Construction is currently looking for skilled and reliable Painters to join our team on a busy site in Ashford, Kent. This role involves high-quality painting and finishing work to support the completion of residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and finishing
* Maintain clean and tidy work areas and tools
* Work to high standards with strong attention to detail
* Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
* Follow site health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Painter on construction sites
* Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Must have own tools and equipment
* Valid CSCS card and relevant competency certificates
* Self-employed and working under the CIS scheme
