Managed by Connect Plus Services (CPS), this project is one of Europe’s most dynamic highway infrastructure projects, offering unparalleled challenges and growth opportunities.About the Role:As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing costs and ensuring the delivery of high standards for the M25 project. Your responsibilities will include: Cost Management: Overseeing cost reconciliation, measurements, and valuations for civil engineering works. Contract and Programme Analysis: Reviewing contracts and preparing procurement strategies. Commercial Reporting: Providing detailed analyses of commercial progress and cost-value reconciliations. Claim Preparation: Preparing and negotiating claims in line with contract conditions. Mentorship: Supporting junior team members in their professional development. Who We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience managing commercial teams. Full working knowledge of the NEC contract in various guises. A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying (or related field). Membership or progress towards RICS, ICES, or similar. Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
