Position Overview:
In this apprenticeship, you'll rotate through six departments within MDL, gaining exposure to a variety of customer service and commercial development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador for our business in communication with colleagues, external publishers, customers, and carriers.
Managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to customer deadlines.
Embrace and embody our values of 'Delivering Excellence' in every interaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication abilities.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Attention to detail and a flexible, proactive attitude.
Educational qualifications: GCSE grades 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Work Schedule and Benefits:
This role requires 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. You'll have up to half a day each week to focus on achieving your Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
