As a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Dartford, you will receive:

* Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Your training as a Sales Adviser begins with:

* One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
* Industry-leading training, both one-to-one and in groups
* Daily learning led by industry experts
* Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
* Second week training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment


Key responsibilities include:

* Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Managing valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways and ROSIE software
* Proactive outbound calling for valuation opportunities
* Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
* Preparing updates for the Morning Meeting
* Leading door-knocking and canvassing strategies
* Engaging in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
* Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
* Responding promptly to intranet leads
* Communicating frequently with LOTS customers to close valuations
* Generating referral business through excellent customer service
* Participating in local prospecting activities and building a personal brand through social media
* Handling inbound calls for registrations, valuations, viewings, and financial services
* Seeking opportunities for Google reviews to enhance reputation

Minimum requirements:

* Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills and attention to detail
* Legal right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)

Interview via video call may be required during the application process.
