Practice Manager – Spalding
Full-time or part-time, flexible on days.

Salary: £39k- £44k + 2% monthly bonus for private work.
Requirements
- GDC registered and able to cover in surgery if needed.
- 3-5 years UK practice manager experience.
- CQC management certificate or ILM certificate in dental management (or working towards).

- High-level compliance.
- Understanding of the private market.
- Upholding high ethical standards, emotionally intelligent, motivating and supporting staff.
- Problem solving, ownership, resilience.
- Performance management (KPI).
- Bookkeeping and marketing.
