We are working with a large and modern special school committed to providing outstanding education and care to children and young people aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs including PMLD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will play a key role in shaping a rich, stimulating, and personalised curriculum that enables every learner to thrive. What We're Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS or overseas equivalent) with experience in SEN settings, particularly with learners with PMLD. Someone confident in leading a small team of teaching assistants, with a commitment to collaborative, person-centred learning. A skilled communicator who can work effectively with parents, carers, therapists, and other professionals. An organised and reflective practitioner, capable of leading on planning, assessment, reporting and behaviour support. A teacher who brings creativity, warmth, FUN and resilience to their classroom practice.
