Marketing Executive – Cannock Company
McArthurGlen Group, Europe's leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.
What you’ll be doing
* Own day-to-day management of social channels, website, and email, keeping content fresh, on-brand and relevant.
* Plan scroll-stopping campaigns and brief photo/video shoots.
* Jump on trends and collaborate with retailers to promote new launches, offers and events.
* Shape how we show up online.
* Track performance closely, using insights and data to refine content and continuously improve results.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
* Creative eye for content, confidence to bring new ideas forward.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
* Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, editing software (e.g., Photoshop).
