About the Role

How you will contribute:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and profitability.
2. Monitor and analyse account performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Support commercial negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business growth opportunities.
5. Utilise CRM and other tools to track and leverage cross-sell opportunities.
6. Coordinate customer feedback sessions and surveys to gather actionable insights.
7. Implement service improvements based on customer feedback to enhance experience.
8. Represent the company at industry conferences and trade body meetings.
9. Lead and manage an engaged team, promoting collaboration and professional development.
10. Set and evaluate team goals that are aligned, measurable, attainable, and time-bound.
11. Act as an ambassador for DP World, demonstrating positive behaviors in line with company principles.
What you will bring:
Qualifications
12. Educated to a high standard, ideally with a minimum of three strong A-levels. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
13. Proven expertise in logistics and customs processes within a commercial environment.
14. Demonstrated ability to manage high-level relationships with both commercial and government stakeholders.
15. Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
16. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and government agencies.

A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.

For our safety critical roles health and medical and fitness checks are performed. Requirements include, but are not limited to, weight, height, blood pressure and hearing.
