About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on new challenges, enjoys crafting engaging content, and wants to play a key role in driving our marketing efforts forward. You'll work closely with both our sales and marketing teams, helping to execute campaigns and manage client outreach using the latest tools and platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, writing persuasive and engaging copy for prospective clients.
* Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and WordPress to keep our audience engaged and informed.
* Monitor campaign responses through Meet Alfred and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Build and maintain targeted prospect lists, researching contacts across sectors like the NHS.
* Support re-engagement and upselling efforts by tracking client contracts and checking in with existing customers.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to keep everything running smoothly and ensure we hit our targets.
* Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated and organised, helping us stay on top of our pipeline.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing tools.
* Strong copywriting skills and a natural flair for written communication.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Proactive, motivated, and excited by new challenges.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred, and WordPress.
* Able to work independently while also being a great team player.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or lead generation.
* Familiarity with tools like List Kit, Smart Lead, or similar platforms.
* Experience working with NHS or public sector clients.
