The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Supply Chain Support team member to join our growing e-commerce business. This hands-on role is split approximately 60% customer service and 40% supply chain support, working closely with our Head of Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the smooth running of our logistics and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Resolving customer queries and managing issues through to resolution
* Supporting wholesale customers and helping grow this channel
* Attending events and trade shows to engage directly with customers
* Creating memorable customer moments and supporting loyalty initiatives
* Supporting the Head of Operations with day-to-day supply chain and logistics tasks
* Assisting with stock tracking, supplier coordination, and order fulfilment
* Updating reports and helping track key operational and logistics KPIs
What You’ll Bring to the Role
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in customer service or operations (supply chain exposure a bonus)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000+ depending on experience
* Schedule: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the Sale office
