This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work remotely while supporting a well-established and collaborative private client department.The RoleThis locum position offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:• Probate and estate administration• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)• Trusts and care of the elderly• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients• Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters• Ensuring high standards of service and client careYou’ll be joining a team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions with flexibility and autonomy.Candidate RequirementsIdeal candidates will have:• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx• Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration• Preferably some experience in trust work• Excellent communication and client-handling skills• A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independentlyWorking ArrangementsThis role is offered on a fully remote basis for UK-based candidates.
