Salary: £32,073.60 to £32,073.60 Annually (based on a 48-hour contract).

Overview of the Role
The Team Leader supports and guides a team of social care workers, ensuring high-quality care and leading by example. You will liaise with senior staff, report concerns, and have experience in the care sector with a willingness to learn and grow. You will make a significant difference in people's lives while enjoying activities and outings that promote safety, happiness, and fulfillment for those we support.
Key duties
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.
* Supervising a team and assisting in managing the home.
* Communicating with managers and shift leaders.
* Completing tasks professionally and accurately.
* Supervising mealtimes and encouraging positive attitudes towards food.
* Assisting residents with daily activities inside and outside the home.
* Supporting residents during activities and daily tasks using your initiative.

Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a successful Team Leader.
