Our client is a well-established M&E contractor with a turnover of over £75 million, delivering complex and high-quality building services projects across the North East and beyond. Known for their commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation, they operate across a wide range of public and private sector projects.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of all Mechanical works on a variety of projects, managing teams and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical installation projects from pre-construction to handover
*
Coordinate site activity with internal teams and external sub contractors
*
Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality assurance
*
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and relevant legislation
*
Report progress and provide updates to Operational Management
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in Mechanical Project Management within the M&E sector
*
Strong background in delivering high value projects
*
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
*
Knowledge of current building regulations and compliance standards
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant mechanical qualifications
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North East
