Key Responsibilities
* Report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Distribution and Trade and lead the development and implementation of Power BI dashboards for CSC performance and FP batch tracing.
* Manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including Master Cell Bank (MCB), Working Cell Bank (WCB), Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP) and Finished Product (FP) planning, external supplier and CMO/3PL management, manufacturing, warehousing, ERP, shelf‑life, global distribution, shipping and customs.
* Collaborate with CMC, Distribution & Trade, Quality Assurance, Commercial & Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure efficient operations.
* Improve demand forecasting by exploring AI algorithms to accurately predict future demand, minimizing overstock and stockouts.
* Optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs through better reorder timing and order quantity predictions.
* Streamline logistics and transportation by optimizing routes and reducing transportation costs and improving delivery times using AI‑powered solutions.
* Analyze supplier performance to improve supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials.
* Provide real‑time supply‑chain visibility and transparency of goods from production to final delivery.
* Use predictive analytics to foresee and mitigate potential supply‑chain disruptions.
* Ensure logistical, compliance and regulatory integrity of supply‑chain activities to enable the progression of commercial activities.
* Lead Power BI implementation for departmental usage.
Education & Qualifications
* A BA undergraduate student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Biological Sciences or Computer Engineering.
* An interest in business, data management and/or digital solutions.

Eligibility: you must currently be a degree student undertaking a placement year (sandwich year).
