Housekeeper – Private Residence, Cotswolds
Salary: £75,000 per annum
Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with one-hour break) + Saturday on a rota basis

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join a private household based in the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a UHNW environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discretion. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout all areas of the residence, including staff areas.
* Ensure the family home is always presented to the highest standard and kept well organised.
* Manage all aspects of laundry, including washing, ironing, and arranging dry cleaning.
* Prepare light meals, such as simple breakfasts or lunches, when required.
* Respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of the principals and their belongings at all times.
* Assist with preparing the residence for guests and events, ensuring all spaces are immaculate.
* Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and household products.
* Report any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items promptly.
* Provide occasional pet care as needed.
* Support the upkeep of exterior areas of the property.
* Clean up efficiently after meals, events, and household activities.
* Maintain and care for household appliances (e.g., white goods).
* Notify the principals or House Director of any accidents, maintenance issues, or concerns.
* Clean and disinfect all relevant equipment and apparatus at the end of each working day.
* Assist other departments or undertake additional duties as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience working in a similar role within a UHNW household.
* Experience with silver service.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to perform efficiently and calmly under pressure.
* Professional, courteous, and discreet at all times.
* Commitment to maintaining household standards and policies.
* Highly responsible, reliable, and team-oriented.
* Willingness to sign and uphold a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Additional Information
* The successful candidate will be subject to DBS and reference checks, as well as standard onboarding procedures.
* A formal NDA will be required as part of the employment process
