This Head Chef role sits within a refined boutique hotel setting, overseeing the full food offer of a five:star operation. The kitchen delivers modern British cuisine at a high level, with seasonality and produce at the heart of every menu.
Your role
Lead and inspire a brigade of 10 to 20 chefs
Take full control of menu creation and development
Build dishes around seasonal produce and British suppliers
Maintain high standards across all services
Work closely with senior hotel leadership
Drive consistency, structure, and culture within the team
What you bring
Strong experience in boutique hotels and premium restaurants
Proven success as a Head Chef
Deep knowledge of British cuisine, produce, and sourcing
Experience creating and evolving seasonal menus
Ability to manage and motivate medium sized brigades
Confidence operating within a five star hotel environment
