Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 4 hours per day, with shift times varying between 07:45 and 16:15

We are seeking a Barista who takes pride in delivering quality coffee and a welcoming customer experience.
This role focuses on preparing and serving hot and cold beverages while engaging positively with customers in a busy, customer-facing environment.
The Role
1. Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard
2. Deliver friendly, professional customer service during every interaction
3. Ensure the coffee and beverage offer is appealing and consistently presented
4. Operate coffee and service equipment safely and efficiently
5. Maintain clean, safe and well-organised front- and back-of-house areas
6. Receive and process customer orders accurately
7. Demonstrate good product knowledge and make informed recommendations
8. Support the wider team to deliver a positive overall customer experience
About You
9. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
10. Confident communicator who can engage professionally with customers
11. Able to work well as part of a team and independently when required
12. Considerate, proactive and willing to support colleagues
13. Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar catering or hospitality role
14. Good organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
