We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Ford Hartlepool.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000, with an on-target earnings of £34,000, and the potential to earn well above this level. No previous experience is required!
We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earnings from day one. After 6 months, you can transfer to become a Sales Executive, increasing your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a company car.
Enjoy a great work-life balance with a 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts), most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, so you can relax on this day every week.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers throughout their car-buying journey—arranging test drives, helping with finance options, or guiding them through accessories—to ensure they have a fantastic experience. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone, or via video, both locally and nationally. Therefore, strong communication skills and confidence with technology are essential.
All we need from you is a full driving license (manual and automatic) and the ability to provide excellent customer service. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales-led field, we want to hear from you!
