What You'll Be Doing
* Providing support to banking queries from stores and other stakeholders via email/ phone
* Reconciliation of key bank accounts
* Groundwork for bank account reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences
* Administer bank downloads and complete control checks
* Involved with month-end routines including posting of journals
* Raising purchase orders for banking services
* Investigate chargebacks with banks and stores
* Verifying and raising payment requests
* Cover and support for Banking Supervisor
* This is a part time role and the workinmg hours are 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Need
* Experience of working within a similar administrative role
* Professional telephone and email manner to support store queries
* Experience in reconciling bank accounts would be an advantage
* Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data
* A desire to learn and develop
