HR Coordinator – Be the People Power Behind a Global Team

Are you an HR superstar who loves keeping things organised, people-focused, and positive? Ready to make waves across EMEA and Asia? This is your chance to join a fast-paced international team where every day hits different.

As HR Coordinator you’ll be the go-to person for everything from hiring to onboarding, payroll, benefits, people support, and keeping the vibes high. You’re the one making sure every employee — from their first login to their farewell message — feels supported, valued, and set up for success.

If you love taking ownership, levelling up processes, and working with people from all over the world, this role was basically made for you.


What You’ll Be Owning

Recruitment & Onboarding


* Run end-to-end hiring across EMEA + Asia (yes, global HR, no big deal ✨)
* Work with hiring managers to shape job profiles, screen candidates, and lead first interviews
* Create offer letters + contracts that are fully region-compliant
* Deliver smooth, engaging onboarding experiences
* Handle background checks, progress tracking, and support exit interviews


Payroll & Benefits

* Support European payroll via ADP Freedom & Streamline — accuracy = your love language
* Administer UK benefits and keep Asia benefit data up to date
* First-stop support for pension questions + company car admin


HR Admin (aka keeping everything running tight)

* Support performance reviews, pay/bonus cycles, and training coordination
* Manage parental leave processes + risk assessments
* Keep employee records spotless, track absences + holidays
* Team up with Finance on annual accruals + engagement initiatives


International HR Coordination

* Own employee data accuracy in SuccessFactors
* Create monthly headcount + recruitment reports
* Partner with Corporate Compensation on salaries + joiner updates


What You Bring

* Ideally CIPD Level 3 or a bachelor's (OR 5+ years HR experience if you took the no-degree route — we see you 👀)
* Experience in payroll + HR ops across multiple countries
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel wizards, rise up 🧙 ♂️)
* Top-tier communication + people skills
* Detail-focused, organised, and able to juggle tasks like a pro
