You’ll be hands on, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, while also acting as a strong, steady voice when it comes to stakeholder management and delivery 🙌
What you'll be doing:
✨ Owning data driven products end to end
From early ideas through to launch and iteration, you’ll take full ownership... shaping vision, defining strategy and making meaningful delivery happen.
✨ Bridging business, data and engineering seamlessly
You’ll sit at the centre of cross functional teams, translating complexity into clear direction and alignment (without the jargon, confusion or noise)
✨ Making confident, data-led prioritisation decisions
You’ll cut through competing demands, using insight, experience and judgement to focus on what truly drives value and keep delivery moving.
✨ Protecting and enabling your team
You’ll create the space for your team to perform at their best, removing blockers, managing expectations and pushing back thoughtfully when needed.
✨ Influencing with clarity and calm confidence
You’ll bring people with you, navigate challenging conversations and know when to challenge versus when to align... ALWAYS with empathy and intent.
✨ Embedding governance, security and compliance from the start

💰 Salary up to £65k + 10% bonus
