As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and tech solutions—driving smarter systems, smoother processes, and stronger outcomes.
You’ll lead requirement efforts, guide junior analysts, and help shape the future of global healthcare claims systems.
What You’ll Do Own and lead requirements gathering for key projects Partner with stakeholders to define needs and propose smart solutions Liaise across business units, tech teams, and vendors Document processes, use cases, and system functions Support EDI/data integrations and new tech rollouts Evaluate software enhancements and ensure alignment with business goals Coordinate testing, demos, and training materials Mentor junior analysts and support BA practice development Report progress and updates to the BA Manager What You Bring 7+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in global healthcare or insurance Proven success implementing auto-adjudication for U.S.
claims Strong EDI integration and SQL data analysis skills Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and insurance claims systems Exceptional documentation, communication, and leadership skills Experience managing production issues and small enhancements Ability to think creatively and push beyond existing processes BA certification (preferred) 🎁 Perks & Benefits Salary range £48,000 - £50,000 per annum Flexible remote or hybrid work setup 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (grows to 30!)
