About the Role The Service Advisor position is both exciting and essential to our dealership’s success. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Setting clear expectations for customers regarding their vehicle’s service or repair Maintaining regular communication throughout the process Identifying and offering additional products or services where appropriate Ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the work completed Supporting workshop efficiency through accurate job logging and coordination What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, you must have: Previous customer‑facing service experience (essential) Strong communication skills and a genuine customer‑focused approach The ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines Confidence in building warm, trusted relationships Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential – we welcome applicants with transferable customer service experience who are passionate about progressing within the automotive sector.
