These are part-time posts the salary will be pro-rata'd to the hours worked.
The posts are fixed term until 31/03/.
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our Citizen Services team.
The focus of the role is working within a call center environment across a diverse range of services, the successful candidate will provide high quality customer service to support citizens of West Dunbartonshire towards a range of council functions and contribute towards the development and delivery of a comprehensive, customer focused and effective range of council wide business support.
We are committed to ensure that systems are accurately maintained and up to date in compliance with procedures and be able to manage large volume of telephone calls and complete referrals for other services.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
