What is IGNITE?
IGNITE is our Graduate Leadership Programme, created to develop our next generation of future-focused leaders. You can expect:
* Rotational placements across our Crewe site to experience different manufacturing teams and build a broad skill set.

* Our programme welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, whether you’re a recent graduate or have recently completed a relevant degree-level apprenticeship.
We are looking for:
* A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Full commitment to the scheme including continuing your professional qualification.
* Strong communication skills, articulate and confident in presenting ideas and information to all levels.
* Integrity: someone who can be trusted to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
* A team player with a strong collaborative mindset, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn, grow and have fun whilst doing it.
