Role at a Glance
Private Client Solicitor
Location: 3 days in one of our offices in Oxfordshire / Cotswolds.
Salary: Negotiable.
Benefits: Company profit share via employee ownership.
Contract: Full‑time, permanent, 35 hours per week.

Best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice; drafting complex wills; creation and administration of trusts; estate planning and court of protection; support and training. Excellent communication, client assistance and advisory skills are essential.

* Qualified solicitor (3–5 years PQE)
* Able to deliver high quality legal services with high client care
* Extremely organised with strong time‑management skills
* Warm, personable and approachable
* Always seeking continued learning and self‑development
* Excellent IT skills and a strong desire to learn new ways of working
* Positive, optimistic, hardworking with a can‑do attitude
* Team‑player with a keenness to help colleagues
* Professional in appearance and conduct with high confidentiality
* Desire to embrace new technologies; STEP qualification highly desirable (support available)
