Duration: 3 months (likely to be extended)

Location: Manchester + remote
On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organisation based in the North West.
The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day procurement activities, engage in end-to-end procurement processes, manage frameworks, and potentially assist in recruitment processes. The role involves supporting across various categories, with a focus on professional services and place.
* Holding or working towards CIPS, or equivalent, with evidence of CPD.
* Strong knowledge of public sector regulations, including the Procurement Act 2023.
* Experience with end-to-end procurement processes.
* Proven track record leading and delivering multiple tenders within public sector regulations.
* Experience in delivering social value objectives and/or working within the place/professional services categories.
