Responsibilities
* Be the go-to contact for smooth service handovers from projects into live operations
* Work closely with Product, Technology and Project teams to ensure changes are delivered with minimal disruption
* Lead service readiness reviews and assess transition quality
* Coordinate risk management and readiness plans for go-live success
* Document support models, acceptance criteria, and service processes
* Help run go/no-go meetings and transition workshops
* Collaborate with suppliers and outsourced partners on governance and delivery
Qualifications
* ITIL Foundation certification
* Experience in IT Service Management, Service Readiness, or Transition
* Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
* Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments
* Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities
* A proactive mindset - you'll spot issues before they become problems
* Bonus: experience with large vendor landscapes or enjoy making structure from ambiguity
