Job Description
* Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters to clients.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
* Conduct title checks and liaise with relevant parties, including estate agents and lenders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards throughout transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
* Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client services within the legal team.
The Successful Applicant
* A solicitor or equivalent with relevant residential conveyancing experience
* Confident managing a range of property transactions with minimal supervision
* Excellent at client communication and relationship management
* Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise competing deadlines
* Proficient with legal case management systems and standard office IT tools
