Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant and Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a Residential care home ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is a mixed service for Dementia, mental health and learning disabilities Personal Care will be required Duties * Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility * Support individuals with their care plans, ensuring they are followed accurately * Help with medication management and administration as directed by healthcare professionals * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients * Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems * Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary * Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients at all times Skills * Experience with Dementia patients, learning disabilities and mental health * Experience working in a care home or providing home care support is desirable * Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them precisely * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members * Good IT skills for maintaining accurate documentation and updating care records * Fluency in English is essential for effective communication * Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others in their daily lives * Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently This role is ideal for motivated individuals committed to delivering compassionate care.
