The Role
To work with service users and staff team to deliver quality personal care and housing support services to individuals with a learning disability/challenging behaviour enabling them to lead a full and integrated life in the community in which they live. Care and support must be delivered in accordance with the organisation’s core values, customer service standards and customer service guide.
The Package
We have a number of Support Assistant posts based in Ballymoney area including permanent full time, permanent part time and relief. A waiting list will also be created for upcoming opportunities in the next 12 months.
* Salary scale is Band 2 Level 1 - 4 (£24,401 - £25,281 per annum)
* Full-Time posts however part-time will be considered.
* Some of the benefits include:
* 33 days annual leave,increasing with length of service to a maximum of 40 days(Includes public holidays)
