University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with us.
A unique opportunity has arisen within the Wessex Fetal Medicine Unit for a compassionate, kind, open-minded, and highly motivated midwife to join our multidisciplinary team.
We provide highly specialised care to women/pregnant people and their extended families across the Wessex region and Channel Islands who have a complex pregnancy.
We are a team of eight highly trained fetal medicine consultants and five midwives, providing a Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm service.
We work very closely and collaboratively with the neonatal team, paediatric cardiology/surgical teams, and the wider paediatric/genetic MDT to provide expert care to families and babies with complex and challenging anomalies.
University Hospital Southampton is one of England's largest acute teaching Trusts, offering a wide range of learning and development opportunities to support your career aspirations.
Located on the south coast with an international airport and direct rail links to London, Southampton offers an ideal setting to live and work, with the New Forest, South Downs and Jurassic Coast.
