About the Role We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* De-escalate challenging situations
* Build positive relationships with students
* Support classroom learning
Requirements
* Experience working with young people (school, youth work, care)
* Understanding of SEMH needs
* Calm, resilient, and proactive approach
