Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Much Wenlock
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible
Salary: £12.60 per hour (weekdays), £13.30 per hour (weekends) + travel time & mileage
Important note: Full Driving Licence & access to a vehicle is required for this role.

Responsibilities
* Care for older people in their own homes, supporting them in daily activities.
* Assist with getting out and about, shopping, medication support, and personal and dementia care, as appropriate.
* Provide on-call support, participate in sleep-ins and waking nights as required.
* Follow the comprehensive induction and training programme, with ongoing supervision and mentoring.
* Utilise provided training and qualifications to deliver high-quality care and support clients and their families.
* Work with regular clients at regular times; contribute to a positive care environment.

* Paid travel time & paid mileage (40p per mile); enhanced rate on bank holidays.
* On-call support; hours include earlies, evenings, and alternating weekends (or weekends-only if preferred).
* Paid DBS check; comprehensive induction and training package, paid at usual hourly rate.

Qualifications
* UK Driving Licence & own vehicle required; ability to obtain 'Business use' Car Insurance.

* Previous care experience is welcome but not required; training provided.
* DBS is paid for by the employer.
