South Coast Nursing Homes is a family‑owned provider of care across East and West Sussex. Each of the nine registered homes offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours a day and night. We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on nights at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, near Haywards Heath. Hours – 24 hours per week, 8 pm to 8 am.
We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time.
As a Care Assistant You Will Be
* Providing high‑quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
* Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to residents where necessary;
* Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
* Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences;
* Developing relationships with relatives to support the understanding of the residents’ needs and care.

* Ideally, you’ll have experience in the healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

* £12.30 p/h weekdays, £12.92 p/h weekends rising to £12.70 p/h and £13.34 p/h;
