Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse client portfolio with increased responsibility.
* Oversee team portfolios and contribute to workflow planning.
* Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with Directors/Partners.
* Provide proactive support to clients, reducing direct partner involvement.
* Deliver high-quality advice, working both independently and as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing a client portfolio across various industries.
* Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
