This global manufacturing business develop, manufacture and market a variety of high quality products, selling directly across the world as well as wholesalers and distributors. They have recently been acquired and are primed for growth, both organically and acquisitional to enhance their production, product line and geographical reach with a 10 year plan. The have a large Finance team located near Cheshire, which consists of Group Finance, Manufacturing Finance and Commercial Finance. This job as Group Treasury Manager sits within the Group Finance team and reports into the Head of Treasury and provides a treasury service to the global entities. The Job The Group Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the treasury operations and ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting related to cash management, risk assessment, investments, and other treasury activities. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and risk management strategies. The Group Treasury Manager will work closely with the Group Treasury team, Group Finance team, and other finance team members across the group to ensure effective treasury operations and compliance with financial regulations. This job is working for the previous Group Treasury Manager who has stepped up into the Head of role, and as such you will be well supported, but they are keen to find someone with enough experience to hit the ground running so it is essential you have worked / are currently working within treasury. The Requirements There is a significant amount of change happening throughout the business to align processes, systems and structures so you must be comfortable working in a fast pace changing environment. You will need to be able to work independently in your role, confident to make decisions on a global scale and hence understand currencies and be adaptable to cultural differences and communication styles Strong cash management is essential as you'll be instrumental in providing accurate cash flows for multiple entities, supporting on a global cash flow forecasting project. You must have experience with treasury management systems, excel and ERP systems. The Benefits This role will pay up to £70,000 with a 20% bonus split by personal and company objectives. There is a lucrative pension of 8% employer contribution, 25 days holiday with the option to buy an additional 5, along with flexible hours and a half day finish on a Friday if desired working a 37.5 hour week.
