An exciting vacancy has arisen within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership, Business Support Team. We are looking to recruit an experienced individual who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination and provision of a comprehensive and efficient Clerical and Administration Service, supporting ACHSCP Business Support Team.
The post holder will also work closely alongside the Business Support Manager, participating in project work in relation to clinical information systems, administration protocols, Health and Safety and Fire Safety.
This office‑based position plays a key role within the Business Support Team, providing dedicated support to the ACHSCP Business Support Team and working closely with the Business Support Management team.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous supervisory experience highly advantageous; required to provide day‑to‑day supervision to clerical and administration staff, delegate workload and handle sensitive staffing situations with tact and diplomacy.
* Self‑motivated, able to work in a challenging and busy environment.
* Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and problem solve.
* Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to adapt to an ever‑changing environment.
* Teamwork and individual working ability.
