I’m very excited to be working exclusively with my client based in Dereham. This is a new role and it will support the administrative needs to the Operations Manager and the Buying Manager. The company is going through a period of growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
* Chasing deliveries and confirming ETAs
* Talking to suppliers and building relationships
* Working closely with suppliers and other departments and scheduling equipment to their various locations
* Liaising with Site Managers and ensuring they are fully briefed on ETA’s, equipment breakdowns, etc
* Answering calls from suppliers and fielding messages
* Prepare, update, and maintain files, reports
* Assist with various tasks as the team continues to build and processes develop
Ideal candidate:
* At least 3 years administration experience and ideally some scheduling experience
* Confident and has great attention to detail
* Customer focussed
* Team player
This is a full-time role working in the office Monday – Friday
Hours 8am-4pm - 30 minute lunchbreak
25 days holiday + bank holidays
