About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support across a dynamic organisation. You’ll take ownership of technical issues end-to-end, supporting users across a wide range of systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
3. Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and remote access
4. Manage user accounts (AD / Azure AD) and onboarding/offboarding
5. Assist with Intune, device management, updates, and deployments
6. Contribute to IT improvements and small projects
Skills & Experience
7. Experience in an IT support or IT Support Analyst role
8. Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
9. Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking basics
10. Experience using ticketing systems
11. Strong communication and customer service skills
