Job Title: Promoting independence assistant for Adult Neurodiversity Team Salary: £25,583 - £25,989 per annum 37 Hours per Week Location: Wildwood Team: Adult Neurodiversity Team Fixed Term Contract (would also consider internal secondment) The Role: Join our Adult Neurodiversity Social Work Team in a hands-on role supporting people with autism and associated conditions to live independently and confidently. You’ll work directly with individuals in their homes and communities, helping them build everyday skills and make choices about their own lives. It’s all about empowering not doing for.
