Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £45,000.00 per year + bonuses

Role Description The ideal candidate for this position will have experience as a Registered Manager and a deep understanding of children and young people in care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the established home with full staff team, ensuring that all regulations are met.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain a safe, structured and secure homely environment for children.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
* Provide leadership and direction to staff work in partnership with other professionals.
* Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure they are meeting desired outcomes.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff are informed of changes in policies and procedures.
* Develop strategies to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children in our care.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Experience: At least 2 years managerial or supervisory experience within residential childcare.
* Driving: A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-performing environment.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards in children’s residential care.
