Job Description
Our client an expanding thriving property design, refurbishment and maintenance business who are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and results orientated candidate to take the lead for this SME in a Finance and Business Operations Management role. You will be working closely with the wider management team and operational staff to get involved in various projects around the business and ensuring that you are working closely with the Quantity Surveyor on the Commercial aspects. You will be supporting key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across processes

Key Responsibilities
1. Working closely with the Management team and Operations team including the quantity surveyor.
2. Close liaison with external clients and all department internally
3. Involvement in Bidding for Tenders
4. Working with the broader management team for all commercials
5. Liaison with clients and attending meetings as necessary
6. Tracking, reporting and management of all costings
7. Sales and overhead forecasting
8. Day to day running the company finances - day to day accounts
