I'm working with a well-established, independent construction consultancy in London who are looking to appoint both an Associate and a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor. With a strong reputation delivering complex projects across commercial offices, high-end residential, mixed-use developments, education and healthcare, this is a great opportunity to step into senior leadership within a respected practice.

The Role - Associate / Senior Associate QS
* Lead and deliver high-value projects, acting as a trusted cost consultant from feasibility through to completion.
* Take ownership of key client accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships.
* Manage, mentor, and inspire junior surveyors, supporting their APC and career development.
* Contribute to business development - supporting bids, networking, and securing repeat work.
* Play a central role in the strategic growth of the London office.
What They're Looking For
* MRICS qualified with substantial post-chartership consultancy experience.
* Proven ability to lead projects across sectors such as commercial offices, residential, mixed-use, or education/healthcare.
* Strong client-facing and leadership skills, with the confidence to take on senior-level responsibilities.
* Ambition to progress to Director and play a long-term role in the consultancy's success.
