My client are a global firm who are looking for a Facilities & Office Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star Customer Service to all clients.

As a Facilities & Office Manager your duties will include:

* Provide exceptional levels of Customer Service to all clients
* Identify and implement ways to enhance the Workplace Experience
* Consult with clients and tailor requests accordingly
* Assist with all Facilities operations
* Assist with conference and events requests
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders

As a Facilities & Office Manager you will have the following skills:

* Previous experience providing a 5-star services to clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask
* Excellent problem-solving ability
* Knowledge of Health & Safety standards would be ideal
