ECommerce Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead online marketing strategies and drive revenue growth through digital channels for a top-rated Tech company in the Manchester area!
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising ecommerce campaigns, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

THE ROLE:
You will be key in driving business performance by identifying and optimising underperforming website pages and implementing conversion-focused strategies.
Collaboration with our Product, Development, and Marketing teams will be essential to refresh and enhance the user experience, ensuring increased revenue and customer retention.
Additionally, you will implement and manage an affiliate marketing program to drive incremental traffic and revenue growth.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
* Proven track record of driving significant eCommerce revenue growth and improving customer retention rates.
* Strong knowledge of website optimisation tactics, including A/B testing, SEO, and CRO.
* Experience in implementing and managing affiliate marketing programs.
* Data-driven decision-making approach with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CMS platforms.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, user behaviour, and conversion funnels.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
